Today on Feminine Roadmap we’ll be talking about strategies for overcoming grief with Stephanie Thompson. Stephanie learned about grief after she lost her 15 year old daughter suddenly to a rare infection, This journey of grief took her to depths she had never known and from those ashes she has risen to create an organization to honor her daughter called A Dancer’s Heart, a non-profit that provides scholarships, leadership and life skills for young ladies ages 12-22. After beginning and building A Dancer’s Heart, within 2 years she lost 2 more family members.  What Stephanie gleaned from her grief is a treasure trove of wisdom that will help others who are not only navigating the complex road of grief but also those who are walking alongside those who are grieving.  Stephanie is able to communicate with clarity and gentleness about this sensitive subject from a heart that desires people to overcome grief, not get stuck in the valleys that come with the territory. If you or a friend are currently experiencing grief at any level, please grab a cuppa something wonderful, sit in a cozy spot and be encouraged. http://www.feminineroadmap.com/episode124/
