On today’s episode of Feminine Roadmap we’re talking about chasing Zen with author and journalist Stephanie Krikorian. Stephanie took her own zen-finding journey which lead her to write a smartly funny, insightful little book called: “Zen Bender: A Decade Long Enthusiastic Quest to Fix Everything (That Was Never Broken)”. After she lost the job she loved, found a job she didn’t, she began ghost writing self-help books for celebrities then before she knew it she was hooked thus began her journey of chasing zen. Along the way of chasing zen, Stephanie learned some very valuable things about herself, her life, and where she was actually not broken. Chasing zen became less about fixing herself and more about her journey from self-help to self healing and realizing she deserved a seat at the table of life. If you find yourself feeling pressed to do some self fixing whether it comes from well-meaning people or from yourself, grab a cuppa something wonderful and join in on this joyful, liberating conversation about becoming you where you are. http://www.feminineroadmap.com/episode122/
