Today on Feminine Roadmap guest Kelly Fuhlman, author of “Be the Hero and Rescue Yourself: Creating the Inner Courage to Wear Your Own Cape and Step into Your Purpose”, shares her message that you truly can be your own hero.

Kelly’s life experiences have taught her that while you truly can be your own hero sometimes it’s ok to ask for help and that identifying your purpose comes from within not from the outside world. She explores what a hero looks like, how every hero takes a different journey of courage and why we need to be our own hero. Oftentimes we find ourselves living our lives from false limitations either from our own beliefs or the beliefs of those around us. One of the first steps to becoming your own hero is to forgive yourself for the ways you’ve failed, struggled or lost time which empowers you to get back up, dust off your cape and step into your purpose. Kelly asserts that sometimes life doesn’t look like we think it should or want it to but learning to embrace the place you are as a stop on the journey not the destination is a powerful way to take back your power. During these unprecedented times, everyone has experienced some kind of unexpected loss and transition, this episode is a timely message of hope and encouragement for those who are struggling. Grab a cuppa something wonderful, your best cape and join us to talk about how to be your own hero. http://www.feminineroadmap.com/episode187/
