On today’s episode of Feminine Roadmap, Gina and Donna tackle the difficult topic of how to overcome emotional eating. For many women (and men) emotional eating is a daily struggle- feelings of overwhelm, fear, guilt, frustration, sadness, and many other emotions drive us to food to find a way to ease the emotional load. The good news is that we don’t have to be held hostage to food, we can learn to deal with our emotions in a healthy, healing way. Emotional eating does not have to be a way of life if we begin to develop the tools and resources necessary to take back control. Listen in to this episode for specific tools and strategies to overcome emotional eating and free yourself from the vicious cycle of eating to cope instead of eating to live. Grab a cuppa something wonderful and a friend who can benefit from this podcast episode!
