Suzanne has known some mighty obstacles from anxiety, overcoming breast cancer to losing her own mother to cancer when she was just 59 years old. She shares how she learned to practice of yoga and meditation as a way to overcome the anxiety and empower her to overcome the obstacles that came into her life. While she used these tools to overcome in big challenges also uses them to help other people who feel stuck, afraid, worried, overwhelmed and a host of other things. Suzanne started her journey by creating a documentary about yoga which lead to building a platform that helps people all over the world to move from obstacles to empowerment.
