Today on Feminine Roadmap we are talking about the power of “what if” in midlife with Jennifer Arthurton.

Jennifer talks about shifting from resistance to possibility as we transition into the season of midlife. She has a passion for helping women uncover their inherent power and wisdom during a time of life when they often feel overlooked and doubt themselves most. But what if, you are more strong, capable and knowledgeable than you think?

We come to midlife with so much knowledge, experience and insight. This is the season of becoming, learning to sit in the stillness and get comfortable there. We have spent our years doing an being what we needed to be and what we thought we needed to be. Everything that has come before has brought us to this place, created who we are.

So what if? What if we could do that thing that we’ve always dreamed of doing? What if, we could trust ourselves to handle what comes next? What if we cleared out the old to create the physical, mental and emotional space for what needs to come in? What if we opened ourselves to the possibilities? Often this newness can cause us to get stuck in the pit of resistance. What if we leaned in a little bit  and surrendered to what life is showing us?

Midlife is a time to tune back in and reconnect. Sometimes the temptation is to go back to what you know and stay in your “comfort zone”. But what if you can be uncomfortable and still be doing the right thing? Midlife is the most powerful point in your life.

This season is about sharing all of those amazing gifts with the world. We get to choose how we define midlife. We get to choose what midlife means for us. No more buying into the everything is downhill from here script.

If you’re ready to expand your perception of yourself in midlife, join us. What if this episode is here for you right now? Go ahead and grab a cuppa something wonderful and find out.
